Prior to setting up PEOPLEplus, Joy set up and had responsibility for site management of the India Design & Development Centre of ST Microelectronics, Europe's No 1 and world's No 3 Semiconductor company. Joy also served as Director of HR & Operations at Cadence Design Systems, the San Jose based world leader in EDA technology, at their Development Centre at Noida, near New Delhi. Joy Mathew is a Post Graduate and University rank holder in English Literature, with a Degree in Law, a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management, and a Licentiate in Philosophy & Psychology. Joy combines top-notch human resources skills, with excellent all-round operational capabilities.

Jancy Joy, Director, is our Head of Resourcing. Jancy has a Degree in English Literature, and brings with her over 15 years of operational and administrative experience, and more importantly, a rare sense of commitment and a passion to excel. Good natured and prodigious in response, Jancy rarely throws in the towel, a fact singularly acknowledged and complimented by all our clients.
